Sustainability Committee

It is with great pleasure that we inform you of the establishment of the Cardinali Holding Sustainability Committee, a new internal body created with the aim of promoting, coordinating and overseeing all activities related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) sustainability within our Group.

The Committee is composed of a multidisciplinary team selected from employees and collaborators of the Holding companies, based on skills, roles and sensitivity to sustainability issues. It will work in synergy with the Vito Cardinali ETS Foundation and in close contact with the Board of Directors, actively contributing to the development of the Sustainability Plan and the definition of strategic priorities in this area.

Its tasks include, among others:

• the promotion of high environmental and social impact initiatives;
• the supervision of relations with internal and external stakeholders;
• the identification of concrete actions to reduce the impact of corporate activities;
• supporting sustainability communication and reporting.

The Committee represents an important step in our journey towards a more responsible and conscious future, in line with the values that have always guided us: respect, innovation, quality and attention to the territory. We are confident that this new tool will be able to count on the collaboration and enthusiasm of all the people in the Group. In the coming months we will share initiatives, updates and opportunities to actively involve you.
